I absolutely love capturing weddings in dreamy destinations, whether it’s a gorgeous natural location across the U.S. or an adventure abroad. For weddings outside of the DMV area, here’s a breakdown of my travel fees to help you plan:
Weddings Within the U.S.
International Weddings
I’ll always keep things simple and transparent when outlining travel costs so there are no surprises. Let’s bring your vision to life, no matter where your love story takes us!
Weddings Within the U.S.
- Airfare or mileage (if driving)
- Lodging for 2-3 nights (depending on the event timeline)
- Transportation (rental car, rideshare, or public transit)
International Weddings
- Round-trip airfare
- Lodging for at least 3 nights (to account for travel and recovery time)
- Transportation within the destination
- Any required travel permits or fees for shooting at specific locations
For destination weddings and elopements, travel fees are outlined in a separate invoice two weeks before your event. I handle all my travel arrangements—accommodations, rental cars, and flights (if needed)—to ensure the best pricing and will invoice you for those costs, providing receipts for transparency.
